FSB带座轴承由于填充优质润滑脂和用高性能的密封圈密封,因此在一 般的运转条件下可以无给油使用。
但是,在运转温度高和尘埃、水较多等相对恶劣的环境中使用时,会使润滑脂劣化,导致润滑不良。需在适当的间隔时间进行定期检查来延长轴承的使用寿命。
轴承的定期检查是通过检查外观和运转状态来判断带座轴承有无异常。
轴承定期检查发现的主要异常内容及其原因如下表:

FSB带座轴承是供油式的,可根据其使用环境定期补充相同类型的润滑脂,
以保持轴承的正常润滑状态,从而延长轴承的使用寿命。

注1)轴承的基本型号是,由直径系列后续内径型号构成。
1、清扫注油嘴及油帽周边,打开油帽后并清扫注油嘴。
2、清扫注脂枪,填充洁净的润滑脂。
[注]:向带座轴承补充润滑脂时,推荐一边用手转动轴(或将带座轴承低速运转)一边进行。这样可以将新的润滑脂均匀地补充到轴承内部。
3、清扫残留在注油嘴及周边的润滑脂,并把油帽重新安装到注油嘴上。
FSB带座轴承的轴承和轴承座具有互换性;如果轴承出现异常时,可以更换轴承继续使用。
带座轴承的更换过程如下所示:
1、将带座轴承从轴、底座上卸下。
2、拧入止动顶丝使头部低于轴承内圈的外径面。防止轴承拆卸时,止动顶丝的头部与轴承座干涉。
3、用锤子的柄等,将轴承旋转90°置于水平。
4、从轴承座安装槽中取出轴承,将新的轴承按拆卸相反的过程进行安装。

The FSB seated bearings are filled with high-quality grease and sealed with high-performance seals, so they can be used without oil under normal operating conditions.
However, when used in a relatively harsh environment such as high operating temperature and a lot of dust and water, the grease will deteriorate and cause poor lubrication. Regular inspections are required at appropriate intervals to extend the life of the bearing.
The periodic inspection of the bearing is to judge whether the bearing with a seat is abnormal by checking the appearance and running state.

When an abnormality in the bearing is found through regular inspections, countermeasures must be taken quickly and implemented. Replace the bearings in time to avoid damage to other parts and major accidents.
FSB seated bearings are oil-supplied, and the same type of grease can be regularly replenished according to their use environment
to maintain the normal lubrication state of the bearing, thereby extending the service life of the bearing.

Note 1) The basic model number of the bearing is composed of the inner diameter model following the diameter series.
1. Clean the oil injection nozzle and the periphery of the oil cap, open the oil cap and clean the oil injection nozzle.
2. Clean the grease gun and fill it with clean grease.
[Note ] : When replenishing grease to the bearing with a block, it is recommended to rotate the shaft by hand (or run the bearing with a block at a low speed). In this way, new grease can be evenly added to the inside of the bearing.
3. Clean the grease remaining in the grease nozzle and surrounding area, and reinstall the grease cap on the grease nozzle.
The bearing and the bearing seat of FSB seated bearings are interchangeable; if the bearing is abnormal, the bearing can be replaced and used.
The replacement process of the seated bearing is as follows:
1. Remove the bearing with seat from the shaft and base.
2. Screw in the stopper wire so that the head is lower than the outer diameter of the inner ring of the bearing. Prevent the head of the stop screw from interfering with the bearing seat when the bearing is disassembled.
3. Using the handle of a hammer, etc., rotate the bearing 90° to level it.
4. Take out the bearing from the bearing seat installation groove, and install the new bearing according to the reverse process of disassembly.
